WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options.
FREE Shipping is occasionally offered as a promotion or on orders over a certain amount.
If free shipping is available for your order, you will see that option during checkout.
We offer delivery using the following methods:
You will be given the estimated delivery time frame for each delivery method during checkout.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification of shipment status along with a tracking number for the associated shipping method.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We now offer international shipping. Select the appropriate method after putting in your address.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders are only shipped on business days (Monday- Friday)
Zipmail (Post) Orders are shipped to the nearest Zipmail Post office to your location
Zipmail (Door) Orders are shipped to the post office and then delivered to your door. (You must have a specific address with lot/gate number)
Tara Courier Shipments are shipped to your door. You can pay for shipping upfront or pay the shipping cost when the package is being delivered (Shipping COD)
Knutsford shipments are delivered to the Knutsford office of your choice. This can also be paid upfront or the shipping cost can be paid when you pick up the package.
